Last night I was watching the news which I rarely do, learning that 250 young little girls attending school perished along with approximately 35,000 other people. I was moved to tears and it has stuck with me. My dominant thoughts are what can I do? And why are things like this happening with such frequency?

Our world needs more Leaders!

1- You Define YOU!- Most people are defined by their experiences, their job, physicality and percieved failures. If Edison defined himself this way it would likely be a very different world today.

2- Become A Visionary- Ghandi and many of our brilliant minds had a vision long before most could even consider what they were saying as a possiblity. Believe in the invisible and know One Man CAN Make a Difference!
