1) Live a life of truth & integrity – Let’s face it, human beings have a propensity to lie to themselves and others. Have the courage to be straight with yourself and those around you about what’s so. Are you fine with your weight? Could you not get a job that you love? Was your being late again really outside of your control? Give up all your reasons, excuses and justifications. You’re much more likely to create extraordinary opportunities for yourself when you are honest about what is really going on and own your behavior.
2) Act boldly and unforeseen forces will come to your aid- something happens when we create a mental clearing for what we want in our life. When we approach life with a determination that no obstacle will stop us along our path miracles occur. Resolve to achieve your goals no matter what!
3) Slow your mind down- We have on average 50,000 – 70,000 thoughts a day, that one every 1.1 second; approximately half of these thoughts are repetitive and approximately 25% of them are self deprecating. Take time to slow down you mind with calming activities such as, swimming, walking in nature, meditation, classical music or yoga.
